Dorian plays guitar with a darker edge—heavier, slower, sometimes just on the edge of feedback. His tone anchors the lightness of the melodies with something more grounded, more weathered. He doesn’t write lyrics, but he reads a lot: history, noir fiction, old liner notes. His guitar parts often feel like commentary—wordless, but full of intention. In another band, he might’ve been louder. In Spinoza’s Ring, he holds back just enough.
